  1. General conditions

    1. This document is published in two languages: in Polish and English. It is our best intention to assure that both versions have the same meaning. In case of any differences the version in Polish language should be considered binding.

    2. EternalFlame.pl reserves the right to make changes to this website at any time.

  3. General conditions

    1. EternalFlame.pl tends to graves located in entire country of Poland.

    2. Customers' orders placed on our website or transmitted by fax and accepted by us will be considered binding to both sides.

    3. Any changes should be communicated in writing (email or fax) no later than seven days before the due date. Any changes will be binding only after acceptance by EternalFlame.pl

    4. EternalFlame.pl does not accept any responsibility for delays caused by incorrect information supplied by a customer.

    5. All orders accepted by EternalFlame.pl need to be pre-paid.

    6. All charges and credits are issued in Canadian Dollar.

    7. After receiving the order personnel EternalFlame.pl will review it.

      1. If the order is in accordance with our prices and terms and conditions we will confirm it's acceptance and process the payment.

      2. If for any reason we can not accept the order as entered or we need more information we will contact the customer. If we will not receive any response within seven days the order will be void.

    8. EternalFlame.pl will notify the customer after ordered services are are completed.

  4. Dates and schedules

    1. All orders need to placed no later than ten days before due date.

    2. Services will be performed by due dates as confirmed by EternalFlame.pl during order approval process.

    3. In case we are not in position to accept the order will notify the customer no later than 10 days after receiving it.

    4. Services scheduled to be performed on statutory holidays are subject to additional charges. In such cases customer will be notified during order approval process.

    5. By "due date" we understand the date when all services are completed. We reserve the right to start on an earlier day.

  5. Confidentiality and security of personal data

    1. EnternalFlame.pl accepts full responsibility for confidentiality  of personal data submitted by it's customers.

    2. Credit Card information are transmitted to PayPal international payment processing system.

    3. EnternalFlame.pl does not store credit card information any longer that it is necessary to process the payment. After processing we are archiving on the credit card type, last four digits and confirmation code.

    4. Each customer has a right to view the information accumulated in the process of fulfilling his orders and request changes.

  6. Forms of payment

    1. EternalFlame.pl accepts payments be VISA or MasterCard.

    2. All transactions between the customer and EternalFlame.pl (charges and credits) are performed using international payment processing system PayPal and are governed by rules and regulations published:

  7. Warranty

    1. Any warranty claims need to be communicated in writing to Customer Service at EternalFlame.pl.

    2. Warranty claims are accepted during 14 days following the report of performed services.

    3. We will respond to all warranty claims within five days.

    4. Our liability is limited to the amount charged by EternalFlame.pl

    5. Each claim is reviewed individually.
